CSS Sprite Navigation

I admit it… my CSS tutorial section is lacking. Also, I was receiving a lot emails about how I built the CSS navigation on this site (hint, hint, I take tutorial requests for both CSS and FW). I bet you can guess what happened next. Hopefully this will help in teaching newbies how CSS can be used to easily format navigation elements.
