Introducing qTip

After months of rewriting and endless requests to get this tutorial up, here it is, my qTip JS library.
What is this qTip, you say? Well, here goes… {takes deep breath}
qTip parses through your HTML, looks for a pre-specified tag, spits the contents of that tag’s title attribute into a dynamically generated div, and displays the div in a pretty floating pop up that is styled by CSS and follows your mouse.
